Responsibilities

Telemarketing or Cold Calls to identify and develop strong clients accounts, both new and existing business to achieve sales targets.
Serve with urgency and commitment to support and fulfil clients and candidates needs.
Source suitable candidates via advertising, resume mining, networking and referrals.
Screen resumes, short-list, interview and select the right match of candidates according to clients requirements and job responsibilities.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Business or any equivalent field.

Good in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Language proficiency : At least fluent (speak & write) in English and Mandarin is an advantage.

Task orientated, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong customer orientation.
