Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
- Manage day-to-day operations of the gallery outlet, including visitor flow, ticketing, retail, and special exhibitions.
- Monitor and maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of the gallery space.
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.
Visitor Experience & Customer Service
Deliver an exceptional guest experience, addressing visitor inquiries, concerns, and feedback.Oversee the retail / shop section (if applicable), including merchandising, stock control, and sales strategies.Develop visitor engagement initiatives to enhance the museum experience.Team Leadership
Train, schedule, and supervise outlet staff, ensuring high performance and motivation.Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.Foster a culture of service excellence, professionalism, and passion for the arts.Financial & Business Performance
Implement cost-control measures without compromising visitor satisfaction.Explore opportunities for increasing revenue through events, memberships, and merchandise.Collaboration & Events
Work closely with curators, exhibition teams, and the marketing department to support programs and promotions.Coordinate special exhibitions, cultural events, and private bookings at the gallery outlet.Build relationships with local artists, institutions, and partners to enhance the gallery's profile.Key Requirements
Mandarin speaker (open to any race)Preferable with a background of Hotel / F&B / Showroom / Theme ParkQualifications & Skills
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or cultural venue management.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge or passion for art, culture, and heritage is highly desirable.Proficiency in MS Office.Proficiency in mandarin
