We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Operations professional to lead and coordinate the daily functions of the e-learning department. This role oversees LMS operations, process efficiency, and data‑driven improvement initiatives while managing a small team. It is ideal for someone with strong digital fluency, managerial experience, and a passion for transforming education through technology.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the operational functions of the digital learning department, managing about 6 team members.
- Translate strategic goals into measurable, actionable outcomes and ensure departmental targets are met.
- Develop and implement SOPs for digital learning and project management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard), ensuring functionality, updates, and user support.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline workflows and digital learning initiatives.
- Compile and analyze LMS and learner data for reporting, improvement plans, and decision‑making.
- Oversee budgets, purchasing processes, and vendor coordination related to learning technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to promote innovation, scalability, and service quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.Minimum 5 years’ hands‑on experience supporting LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas).Managerial or supervisory experience (managing 3–6 team members) within higher education or digital learning environments.Proven ability to collaborate within diverse, multi‑stakeholder settings .Strong digital fluency and understanding of educational technologies.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Passionate about digital learning transformation and process optimization.Preferred
Master’s degree (in progress or completed) in a related field.Familiarity with content authoring tools (Articulate, H5P) and video editing.Experience in multi‑institutional or blended learning environments .Seniority level
