Event Executive

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Event Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to join our growing team at Tropica Beauty Sdn. Bhd. in Batu Caves, Selangor. As a full-time Event Executive, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of a diverse range of events to support our marketing and brand-building efforts.

What you’ll be doing

• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors or partners when required.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design engaging event experiences that align with the company's brand and objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end event planning process, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and logistics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event attendees, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
• Oversee the on-site event management, including team supervision and problem-solving.
• Collect and analyze post-event feedback to continuously improve our event planning and execution.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and materials.
