• Take technical lead role in GaN technology and process development / integration in order to realize Infineon’s GaN technology roadmap.
• Define new GaN devices and technology architectures based on customers and company needs.
• Conduct DOEs on GaN wafers to maximize the device and process performance with good reliability.
• Take leading role & ownership in technical process / device problem solving in a creative way and also create process and device IP for GaN Tech Development.
• Support the growth of Infineon’s patent portfolio by constantly screening ideas for patentability.
• Generate methodologies for continuous process / device improvements.
• Responsible for competence building within the development team of IFKM by leading the path to deep device understanding supported by profound knowledge and use of simulation methods.
• Support GaN production ramp activities on analysis & problem solving on critical technical topics.
• To establish rapport & collaboration with universities & research institutions (APAC especially Japan) to support & expedite KLM GaN Tech Development.
