The Manager of Information Technology (IT) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and operations. This includes leading a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems, and providing technical support to users. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Work the general project schedule. Upgrade project progress as required. Manage Automation Framework Development – Framework Design : Draft System Automation Design. Manage Automation Framework Development – System Development. Manage System Automation Development – New Purchase : Prepare paperwork and detail specifications. Monitor installations on purchase. Manage System Automation Development – New System : Conduct discussion on new system request. Prepare and submit business requirement study (BRS) for user approval. Conduct new system development. Manage System Handover : Conduct user acceptance test (UAT) session and sign off. Conduct system training. Request and conduct development in live environment. Manage Effectiveness Monitoring – Inquiries & Complaint : Investigate issues from inquiry / complaint. Advise / rectify identified issues. Manage Effectiveness Monitoring – Monthly Report. Manage System Improvement – Existing System : Take note on alert on request for support. Conduct and update status of system support. Request and conduct system support in live environment. Notify requester that problem rectified. JOB QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management roles, with a track record of successful leadership and project delivery. Strong technical knowledge across a range of IT disciplines, including networks, systems, and security. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
