Production Machinist - RAWANG, SELANGOR

Responsibilities :

To monitor machine downtime and reduce machine unscheduled down time.
To carry out preventive maintenance to reduce unnecessary breakdowns.
To troubleshoot on mechanical parts breakdown such as pneumatic control system, hydraulic control system, gearbox, pump, bearing, chain, belt and others.
To highlight any breakdown irregularities, problems, weaknesses, and recommendations for improvement and any related issues.
To comply with all safety instructions, rules and regulations that enforced by the Company.
To report all accidents and unsafe conditions to the supervisor or superior.
To use all safety and health equipment provided.
To follow instruction from superior or appointed assignee when necessary.

Requirements :

Minimum Secondary School / SPM or equivalent

Experience in basic machine operating and general work in metal industry / heavy industry will be an added advantage

Must have own transport

Able to work in shifts

Have good attendance & good working attitude

Able to work overtime for minimum 4 hours
