Production Machinist

Production Machinist - RAWANG, SELANGOR

Responsibilities :

• To monitor machine downtime and reduce machine unscheduled down time.
• To carry out preventive maintenance to reduce unnecessary breakdowns.
• To troubleshoot on mechanical parts breakdown such as pneumatic control system, hydraulic control system, gearbox, pump, bearing, chain, belt and others.
• To highlight any breakdown irregularities, problems, weaknesses, and recommendations for improvement and any related issues.
• To comply with all safety instructions, rules and regulations that enforced by the Company.
• To report all accidents and unsafe conditions to the supervisor or superior.
• To use all safety and health equipment provided.
• To follow instruction from superior or appointed assignee when necessary.
