about the job

Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, agents, and investors.
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s properties and strengthen its brand positioning in the market.
Conduct market research to assess the feasibility and market appeal of new developments.
Design and evaluate event marketing plans, including advertising, branding, marketing collateral, cross-promotions, digital and social media initiatives, corporate communications, and issues management.
Continuously analyse market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as project development, finance, and operations to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring adherence to company expenditure policies.
Oversee the Credit Administration and Customer Relationship Management functions.

skills and requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 8 years of working experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the property development industry.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Proven ability to inspire, lead, and guide the sales team in executing sales and marketing strategies effectively.
