• Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, agents, and investors.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s properties and strengthen its brand positioning in the market.
• Conduct market research to assess the feasibility and market appeal of new developments.
• Design and evaluate event marketing plans, including advertising, branding, marketing collateral, cross-promotions, digital and social media initiatives, corporate communications, and issues management.
• Continuously analyse market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as project development, finance, and operations to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring adherence to company expenditure policies.
• Oversee the Credit Administration and Customer Relationship Management functions.
