Position Summary
The Marketing Executive will take responsibility for a program of marketing activities designed to increase market penetration and open up new channels and markets for our extensive portfolio of products. This is a ‘hands on’ role with responsibility for driving the marketing function of the business.
Functional Role
- Working with cross functional departments to develop / improve and implement engaging marketing collaterals.
- Monitor and analyze competitors, maintaining up-to-date market intelligence, manage and develop end-to-end marketing strategies to attract new customers and customer retention.
- Manage customer database and develop and implement regular direct marketing activities.
- Take responsibility and tracking for all marketing collaterals including product brochures and technical literature, product presentations, product training guides, product datasheets, etc.
- Responsible for development and maintenance of digital marketing channels to increase website traffic.
- Assist in the execution of daily marketing activities and operations support.
- Organize events such as seminars, trade events, training workshops, etc.
- Uploading marketing material and product datasheets to online databases.
- Develop company presentations template and implement version control to ensure only approved information is used by sales and technical teams.
- Work with the Sales to maintain up-to-date library of project references. Develop case studies for sales and marketing purposes.
- Responsible for managing periodic budgets and reporting requirements relevant to Marketing, aligning with Finance and Sales divisions for organization-wide reporting templates.
- Quality Management System : Coordinate and assist Quality Management department on implementation of ISO procedures and internal / external audit process.
- Complete any additional duties as requested by the Head of Marketing or Management.
Skills and Attributes Required :
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communication or related field.Professional Experience
At least 3-5 years of related marketing communication experience with added advantage from Construction Industry.Knowledge of strategic marketing.Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Google AdWords, Web content management system.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Interested candidates should hold a valid work permit / visa and are invited to email their detailed CV stating current and expected salaries to : .
