We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead Marco’s internal and external digital marketing initiatives across both local and global markets . This role is key to strengthening Marco’s brand presence, driving engagement through our internal marketing platforms, and supporting business growth across multiple regions. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing all digital marketing activities to align with Marco’s global business direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update Marco’s corporate websites and internal digital platforms to ensure all information is current and aligned with the company’s branding and direction.
- Maintain online visibility across regional markets (Malaysia, Singapore, China, etc.) by ensuring consistent brand tone and visual identity.
- Oversee and coordinate social media management , including posting schedules, content accuracy, and engagement tracking.
- Develop and review digital content such as web pages, news updates, announcements, and visual materials for both internal and public audiences.
- Support internal communication by managing announcements, newsletters, and updates on Marco’s internal marketing portals.
- Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and engagement analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent communication and branding across all countries.
- Research new online platforms, tools, or digital solutions to enhance internal marketing efficiency and engagement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital or online marketing.Strong knowledge of website management (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or CMS systems) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Rednote, etc.).Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to support regional communication and content creation.Skilled in digital content writing, visual coordination, and data tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).Experience in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced global environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
