The key responsibilities of this position provide 2nd Level Support for IBM MQ, openFT and Kafka globally include managing incident and service order tickets, analyzing and resolving technical issues, performing daily system checks, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd Level Support for IBM MQ, openFT and Kafka globally.
• Responsible in managing Incident and Service Order tickets in receive, categorize, prioritize and track incidents or service orders using remedy tool as the central Infineon ticketing platform.
• Analyze, investigate, fix known issues, provide workarounds to users and work towards timely resolution according to SLAs.
• Conduct Internal Control Monitoring to provide daily system checks and monitoring as required and drive efficiencies to ensure the system and processes perform effectively.
• Perform problem management to identify problem trends and implement corrective actions, communicate with the change request team and application owners.
• Ensure system and support related documentation is maintained and up to date, documents known errors, workarounds and resolution plans.
• Work 24 / 7 on call standby support on a rotation basis including weekend.
• Assist team members provide global support and work closely with team members in other regions.

Note : 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
