Job Description
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet production objectives. Lead global production engineering and industrialization efforts across sites in China, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
- Serve as a key member of the global supply chain leadership team, with potential succession to a senior executive manufacturing role.
- Develop and implement strategic production engineering initiatives, including automation, AI integration, and future-ready technologies.
- Oversee new product introductions (NPI) from engineering validation to mass production, ensuring design for manufacturability, testability, and cost.
- Manage factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and all validation phases (EVT, DVT, PVT).
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with external manufacturing partners.
- Drive capital equipment strategy and ensure factory readiness across global locations.
- Apply Six Sigma and lean methodologies to improve yield, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing and production engineering, with at least 2 years in a director-level leadership role.Proven track record in high-volume consumer product manufacturing and managing global production networks.Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and strong expertise in design for excellence (DFX).High-energy, results-oriented leader with excellent communication skills.Experience working in multinational environments and across diverse cultures.Collaborative and coaching leadership style, with a strong ability to influence cross-functional teams.Demonstrated success in partnering with R&D teams in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.Skilled in leading teams through complexity and driving organizational alignment.What's on Offer
