Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis processes for the region.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to enhance productivity and performance.
