Senior, Enterprise Integration

Role Summary

This role is critical in designing, developing, and implementing middleware solutions that enable seamless integration across enterprise systems. You will lead the transformation of middleware platforms to support CelcomDigi’s digital initiatives, IT consolidation, and application modernization, ensuring operational readiness and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade middleware platforms to ensure stability, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.
• Lead integration of new and existing middleware systems to support unified business process automation and enterprise-wide interoperability.
• Develop and execute middleware architecture blueprints, including design principles, coding standards, and scalable integration patterns.
• Manage DevOps teams to ensure rapid incident response and continuous support during service disruptions, including War Room leadership when required.
• Drive CI / CD practices, QA processes, and defect resolution strategies in collaboration with partners to ensure long-term system stability.
• Oversee end-to-end demand management across impacted systems, enforcing rigorous testing and quality assurance before production deployment.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Demand teams to develop high-level designs and implement application enhancements.
• Deliver IT capabilities to business units on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Enforce development policies and procedures to prevent recurring defects and ensure audit compliance.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives across CAPEX and OPEX, maintaining financial discipline and efficiency.
• Design and implement new operating models with strong Time-to-Market (TTM) governance.
• Report into IT Consolidation and Integration functions to drive future-state IT landscape transformation.
• Develop scalable and secure cloud platforms to support integration modernization and cloud-native adoption.
• Ensure security compliance in IT architecture, aligning with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Enable seamless interoperability between IT systems and business units for efficient data exchange and process integration.
• Promote effective collaboration between technical and business teams to ensure transparency, stakeholder alignment, and timely project delivery.
