About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Conference Producer to join our dynamic team at HRBP Asia Pte Ltd. In this full‑time role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high‑impact, engaging conferences and events that drive business results.

What you’ll be doing

Conceptualise and design innovative conference programmes that captivate target audiences
Oversee all aspects of event planning and production, from speaker management to venue logistics
Manage a team of event professionals to ensure flawless execution of conferences and events
Collaborate with stakeholders to align event objectives with organisational goals
Monitor event performance and continuously seek ways to enhance the attendee experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

What we’re looking for

Extensive experience (3+ years) in conference production, preferably with the experience of producing and managing large‑scale HR‑related conferences

Proven track record of delivering successful, high‑profile conferences and events

Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills

Strong understanding of event technology and digital solutions to enhance the attendee experience

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative event concepts

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with speakers, sponsors and attendees

Experience managing and mentoring a team of event professionals
