Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or in a landscape construction leadership role Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials and techniques Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to lead and motivate teams
Jobs description :
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day project activities at the site in logical steps to meet deadlines from conception to completion.
- Monitor project progress and quality of work, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Able to supervise and monitor construction workers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery
- Liaise with clients, architects and other stakeholders to address queries and provide progress updates Coordinate site detail, inspection, and measurement taking
- Prepare relevant reporting and documents for progress claim Ensure that all works executed follow drawings, specifications, construction plans, and procedures
- Prepare and update monthly reports, verify progress reports, and attend site meetings
