Responsibilities Collect, clean, and transform raw data into meaningful datasets for analysis. Design and maintain BI dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalent) for business stakeholders. Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring data visualization supports decision-making. Monitor KPIs, metrics, and business trends to provide insights on performance and growth opportunities. Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics to support strategic initiatives. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies. Build, test, and deploy models for forecasting, segmentation, recommendation, and optimization. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights. Document methodologies, maintain reproducible workflows, and promote best practices in data usage. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Data Scientist. Proficiency with BI tools for dashboarding and reporting. Strong foundation in statistics, data modeling, and machine learning techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights. Experience in e-commerce setting. Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail. Effective communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Business acumen to connect data insights with strategic goals. Continuous learner, keeping up with trends in data science and BI.
