For over 20 years, we’ve amazed visitors with our educational crocodile shows, interactive programs, and now our latest crowd-pullers : a 50‑foot Super Crocodile and animatronic dinosaur show, the Natural Treetopia canopy walk 25 feet above the ground, and the Lang Lang anime‑themed playground – a hit with families and kids alike!

We’re looking for a dynamic & goal‑driven Manager to help grow our visitor base and partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales growth by achieving monthly targets and managing key travel and corporate accounts.
  • Use our existing database of travel contacts, corporate networks, and government linkages to secure new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Develop and present engaging proposals and presentations to travel agencies, OTAs, and corporate clients.
  • Create sales materials and promotional campaigns that highlight our unique attractions and special packages.
  • Represent Crocodile Adventureland at travel fairs, exhibitions, and tourism events to boost brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new tourism products, packages, and marketing strategies.
  • Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and provide insights on new market opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing within the tourism or travel industry.
  • Proven record of corporate and team‑building sales success is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of travel industry dynamics, including OTA platforms, DMCs, and agency operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Energetic, disciplined, and passionate about promoting tourism experiences.
