What are we looking for?

  • Ability to converse & write in Cantonese will be required to serve the respective markets and liaise with Cantonese-speaking clients and stakeholders. Excellent spoken and written Mandarin & English is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience
  • Preferably min 1year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality / Online Travel Agency and customer service
  • Computer literate and internet savvy.
  • Positive attitude and a team player with a passion in delivering World Class customer service.
  • Willing to work in a shift environment (24 / 7 operations)
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
