Job descriptionAbility to converse & write in Cantonese will be required to serve the respective markets and liaise with Cantonese-speaking clients and stakeholders. Excellent spoken and written Mandarin & English is an added advantage. Pleasant personality with good communication skills Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience Preferably min 1year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality / Online Travel Agency and customer service Computer literate and internet savvy. Positive attitude and a team player with a passion in delivering World Class customer service. Willing to work in a shift environment (24 / 7 operations) Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards Open to Malaysians only A complimentary stay at any of our hotels worldwide. 5-day work week (shift-based) Competitive monthly salary of up to RM5,000, inclusive of meal, shift, transport, and language allowances.
