Job Responsibilities :

  • Set up warehouse operations and oversee warehouse operations activities.
  • Establish customer rapport and improve service level by having progressive meeting with customer with service improvement objective.
  • Resolve all service level issues in a timely manner and maintain strong customer relationship.
  • Maintain performance measurement (KPI) for customer & internal activities and to achieve customer SLA and expectation.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and corrective & preventive actions for issues.
  • Ensure Logistics Manager / Shift Manager carry out their respective roles and responsibilities according to JD.
  • Ensure SOP compliance for all internal and external required process.
  • To ensure warehouse and staffs comply with company policy (safety, quality & etc).
  • Submit management reports and attend management meeting.
  • Gemba warehouse floor to ensure continually improvement apply.
  • Lead governance, reporting and review frameworks to provide a holistic view of all operational integration project activities.
  • To take up any assignment given by the General Manager of Logistics.
  • Assist BD team to seek opportunities for more logistics business.

Qualification & Requirements :

  • Minimum degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-6 years in Senior managerial position of related experience, preferably from a 3rd Party Logistics background or EE Manufacturing Sector.
  • Warehouse Management system, knowledge of warehouse function, warehouse layout, international logistics, transport, customs, or trade department / function.
  • Good analytical skills in costing, P&L and data analysis on process and system.
  • Good trouble shooting skills to establish root causes and provide effective solutions.
  • A self-starter, demonstrate a track record of high-performance work without immediate management supervision.
  • Have proven experience in running effective teams and ability to work with core team members and cross functional teams in a matrix managed environment.
  • Able to focus on key deliverables, in order to prioritize results.
