through early learning experiences that promote confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the school’s curriculum and philosophy. Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment that supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Observe, document, and assess each child’s progress and provide constructive feedback to parents. Encourage creativity and exploration through play-based and project-based learning. Work collaboratively with co-teachers and the school team to ensure consistency in teaching and classroom management. Communicate effectively and warmly with children, parents, and colleagues.
