Strong leadership skills; independent, reliable, highly motivated, and performance-driven. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strategic thinker with a proactive, positive attitude and a passion for entertainment and creative industries. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and project sponsorships.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and marketing executives to achieve targets.
- Oversee client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
- Create and approve presentation decks, proposals, and quotations for clients.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams and operations to ensure smooth execution of projects and events.
- Promote talents, services, and brand initiatives effectively across multiple channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Report on sales performance, marketing initiatives, and campaign results to senior management.
