To execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve successful sales or the project(s).
Responsible for the development of marketing collaterals in line with individual project's marketing plans and activities.
To monitor marketing expenses by monthly, quarterly and yearly within the approved budget.
Responsible for statutory. Eg : Developer License and Advertising Permit (DLAP) submission / renewal, 7F and NAPIC submission.
To liaise with advertising agencies to develop the appropriate marketing collaterals in line with the marketing concept of individual projects within the Group.
Responsible in the development of all A&P materials as well as keeping stock of its availability in line with the requirements for each project.
Conduct market studies to keep abreast with the market's latest trend, consumer preferences and pricing benchmark.
Able to formulate effective marketing strategies and proposals.
Create awareness for new project and garner leads.
Creative in graphic design and video editing skill. Experience in influencers marketing is a plus point.
Propose and prepare for the gallery event activities and road shows.
Any other duties & responsibilities which the company may assign from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess a Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Management or any related course.
Minimum 1 year of experience for Junior role and 2 years for Senior role in property development, real estate agency or any relevant industry.
Familiar with SalesForce and IFCA system.
Able to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
