Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, traditional media, and retail channels (e.g. shopping malls, in-house promotions)
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials and ad content, including website copy, promotional brochures, campaign visuals, and branded collateral
- Plan and manage end-to-end campaign production, including concept development, creative direction, and on-site / off-site campaign shoots
- Lead brand collaborations and partnerships, including coordination with external brands, agencies, and affiliate networks
- Manage retail marketing initiatives, including in-mall activations, roadshows, store-level promotions, and customer engagement events
- Supervise and optimize performance of paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok
- Strategize and manage content across social media channels (IG, FB, TikTok), including campaign calendars, visual storytelling, and community engagement
- Drive influencer (KOL) and affiliate marketing initiatives, overseeing partnerships, content deliverables, and performance tracking
- Coordinate public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and earned media opportunities
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to guide marketing planning and performance improvements
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, including content creators, designers, and platform specialists
- Track, report, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to continuously improve ROI
- Stay updated with marketing trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring innovative and effective marketing practices
- Manage Rednote and similar platforms for brand content dissemination and campaign visibility
