Junior Designer

Job Descriptions :

• Manage design process from conception through to final styling, with injection of CR's signature elements
• Describe and convey designing ideas effectively to suppliers and other counterparts by giving clear and concise information and instructions
• Ensure product design is aligned with brand creative direction and business strategy
• Prepare product profiles with specifications for seasonal exhibition, training and merchandising purposes
• Achieve design goals with attention to details, follow up on product samples ETA schedule, anticipate potential challenges and manage design calendar deadlines
