Job Responsibility To manage a kitchen team in Happy Food Co. in producing F&B orders as per SOP, quality, and target time. To manage the inventory stock take including forecast the ordering, stock level, breakages, variances, wastages, etc. To lead a team of Commis in Happy Food Co. including the food preparation training. Job Requirements SPM / Diploma in Culinary / Hotel Management or any related field. 3 years’ experience of cooking in a well-established restaurant or full-service hotel Minimum 1 year in supervisory role Basic computer skills and familiar with stock / inventory system.
