Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie, located in the Genting Highlands. The Demi Chef De Partie will assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the Chef De Partie or Sous Chef.
This role involves maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes, and assisting with inventory and stock control. The Demi Chef De Partie will collaborate with other kitchen staff and may be required to train and supervise junior kitchen personnel.
