What You Will Get To Do :

Process the dealing order and tax document submitted by the investors, issue transaction contract notes and monthly statements.

Obtain and review KYC documents from investors and ensure they are in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

Ensure all fund settings, investor and transaction records are up‑to‑date and accurate at all times.

Process settlement instructions received from investors and fund managers.

Proactively follow up with investors on any outstanding documents.

Deliver all required reports to fund managers according to agreed timeframes.

Respond timely to inquiries from fund managers, investors and auditors, etc.

Assist with new client onboarding; ensure all internal setups meet client needs.

What You Will Bring :

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Transfer Agency / Investor Services; preferably in hedge funds.

Excellent communication and client‑service skills, able to work within a team toward timely and accurate production.

Fluent in written and spoken English. Mandarin speaking is preferred.
