About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, with a strong focus on the financial industry. This role requires fluency in Mandarin, experience supporting overseas assignments, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, KPI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, particularly for IT positions within the financial sector.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Support recruitment for overseas assignments, ensuring a smooth and compliant process for international hires.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and offer acceptance rates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
