Job Summary

As a Bartender at Carousel & Co, you’ll be an integral part of our guest experience, providing knowledgeable service, a passion for drinks, and a welcoming presence. You’ll craft signature cocktails, recommend drink pairings, and ensure that every guest leaves with a smile. Key Responsibilities

• Craft and Serve Cocktails : Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages according to Carousel & Co. recipes and standards.
• Customer Interaction : Greet guests, take orders, and engage in friendly conversation, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Product Knowledge : Stay updated on the bar menu, including seasonal cocktails, ingredient profiles, and special offerings to make informed recommendations to guests.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization : Ensure the bar is tidy, stocked, and complies with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Inventory Management : Monitor and manage stock levels for bar supplies and ingredients, and communicate needs to management.
• Uphold Standards : Consistently maintain the quality, taste, and presentation of every drink served.
• Conflict Resolution : Address customer complaints and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
