Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales for our digital services — including website development, system integration, mobile app development, and digital transformation consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Promote Zentechnica’s suite of digital services to potential clients
- Understand client needs and tailor digital solutions to solve business challenges
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
- Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Work closely with the project and tech team to align client expectations with deliverables
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using tools provided
- Attend relevant networking events, exhibitions, or conferences
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Responsible of end to end sales process
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the tech or digital services industryStrong understanding of website development, digitalisation, or IT-related servicesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independentlyFluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plusOwn transport and willingness to travel, if requiredWhat We Offer
