Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in related field or equivalent.
  • Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 1 year of related working experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently.
  • Working days & hours : Monday-Friday (08.30am-05.30pm).
  • Location : Banting, Selangor.
  • 15 minutes from KLIA Airport.

Responsibilities :

  • Verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bill of exchange, CO, shipping instructions, etc.) for all assigned accounts.
  • Ensure customer pricing is correct before confirming the Purchase Order.
  • Issue Job Docket to production after order confirmation and payment receipt.
  • Prepare Pro-forma Invoice or Sales Contract after customer order confirmation.
  • Coordinate with Production Manager and planner on order schedules, and update completion dates in the Monthly Master Delivery Schedule.
  • Confirm shipment booking with the forwarder or liner.
  • Review and monitor confirmed orders for assigned customer accounts, ensuring there are no issues with materials or production.
  • Assist Sales Executive with small amendments or adjustments to the cost provision report when necessary.
  • Prepare and manage door labeling requests for store packing personnel.
  • Prepare and update sales collections for assigned accounts using the Sales Collection Report entered by the Shipping Clerk.
  • Verify shipment and sales details in the Weekly Order Progress Report.
  • Monitor monthly outstanding payments and invoice due dates, and coordinate with the finance department on incoming payments.
  • Issue work orders for finishing, CNC work, etc., and distribute tasks to subcontractors, accounts, and the store department.

  • KRA Report
  • Key Customer Sales Order Analysis Reports
  • Monthly Forecasted Sales and Cost Provision Report
  • Monthly Actual Sales and Cost Provision Report
  • Departmental Objective Evaluation Report
  • Master Delivery Schedule
  • You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by Department Heads.

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
