Job Responsibilities :

• Handle overall site operation
• To planning, monitor & coordinate of sub-contractors and other trades construction works.
• Monitoring of construction progress
• Ensure all material use and works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements, drawing, project time schedule
• To plan and monitor the usage of equipment, machinery & material at site
• Manage on site work progress, work schedule, work quality and document management, site meeting, sub-contractor progress claim status
• Update and submit site progress for stage billing purposes
• Recording and compiling project information as required
• Plan & keep track of stock availability on site to ensure smoothly work
• Planning for project development, work programmers, costing, project documentation & all related work.
• To liaise and follow up with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, general public, contractor and suppliers of projects undertaken by the Company.
• To prepare work program, schedule and plan for project's resources, manage the allocation efficiently.
• To attend site meeting with consultants and clients; organize internal meeting with subcontractor to resolve the technical and site logistic issues.
• Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery.
• Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
• Undertaking quality control and quality assurance of various products
