As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories. Your role will focus on developing category strategies, driving cost optimisation, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations for all indirect spend categories
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and procurement requirements
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, including contract management
- Analyse market trends and implement cost‑saving initiatives
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal controls and audit requirements
Skills and experience required
Minimum 6‑8 years of experience in indirect procurement – across all indirect categories, or with specialisation in areas such as IT, marketing, professional services, facilities, and CAPEX.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsProven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor managementBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fieldCulture and benefits
