Stock Assistant and E-commerce Assistant

The role

JNJ Distribution Sdn Bhd, a leading retail and consumer products company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Stock Assistant and E-commerce Assistant to join their team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient inventory management and supporting the company's growing online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately track and manage physical stock levels, ensuring timely order fulfillment and minimizing stockouts
• Assist with the processing and organization of incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining meticulous records
• Support the e-commerce team by preparing and uploading product information, images, and descriptions to the company's online platforms
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order processing for the e-commerce business
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements for inventory control and e-commerce operations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient workflow
