The role
JNJ Distribution Sdn Bhd, a leading retail and consumer products company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Stock Assistant and E-commerce Assistant to join their team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient inventory management and supporting the company's growing online presence.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately track and manage physical stock levels, ensuring timely order fulfillment and minimizing stockouts
- Assist with the processing and organization of incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining meticulous records
- Support the e-commerce team by preparing and uploading product information, images, and descriptions to the company's online platforms
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order processing for the e-commerce business
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements for inventory control and e-commerce operations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient workflow
What we're looking for
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsProficiency in using inventory management and e-commerce softwareFamiliarity with online retail platforms and processesExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamPrevious experience in a similar role within the retail or e-commerce industry would be an advantageWilling to travel.Fresh graduate are welcome.What we offer
