Account Assistant

Oversee end-to-end Account Receivable and Account Payable.

Assist in preparing financial documents such as purchase invoices, petty cash records, payment vouchers, etc.

Assist in preparing various periodical financial reports for management and the Board of Directors.

Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining accounting SOPs across financial reporting and corporate functions.

Utilize financial systems and ERP tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Job Requirements :

Must possess a minimum Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Good background in financial and management accounting.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, time management and leadership skills. Able to communicate at all levels.
