- Contribute to developing key client information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors in the marketplace
- Share community management best practices and top-performing content with regional social media contacts
- Develop network of industry contacts; participate in relevant professional associations
- Research new media technology; Understand and apply advanced search knowledge for both visibility and investigative needs

Job Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in analytics, digital, or social media-related efforts.Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in journalism / business / marketingUnderstand the role that social and digital media plays in a client’s communication mixHave a solid a sense of how social media tools work as well as the cadence of social media platformsFamiliarity with content management systemsExperience utilizing online listening tools and understand why online monitoring is important and beable to identify tools (paid and free) that can be used to identify relevant conversations and influencers
Be able to support online marketing and issues management campaignsBasic understanding of social media reporting toolsBe able to provide sound counsel to clients as well as be comfortable providing editorial and responserecommendations to clients
Solid grasp of Word of Mouth / digital marketing, a strong social media footprint, and acute knowledgeof emerging trends and technologies.
Core understanding of brands and brand characterPrevious community management experience, from managing a client’s social media presence tobuilding a strong social media footprint.
