Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus. Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently from home. Base salary : RM 3,500 – 4,500 / month (based on experience). Performance incentives for qualified meetings and successful deals. Typical total monthly earnings : RM 5,000 – 6,000+. Flexible remote work environment with clear goals and ongoing support. Transparent growth path. Proven performers can advance to senior sales roles.

The Role
This is a remote, full-time position for an experienced Sales Development Representative. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients : engaging, qualifying interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The role suits someone who thrives on conversation, persistence, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients and build interest in our marketing solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments with decision-makers.
- Keep accurate notes and updates in the company’s CRM.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects and internal teams.
