Job Responsibilities :
- Daily Operations : Assist in the smooth operation of the bar counter with guidance from senior staff.
- Beverage Preparation : Prepare a range of beverages, including coffee, tea, juice, and smoothies, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Order Management : Process customer orders accurately, with a keen attention to details like coffee blend preferences, dairy and sugar ratios, and specific requests for other beverages to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Cleanliness : Keep the bar area clean and organized, maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance : Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any issues to senior staff.
- Health and Safety Compliance : Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Feedback : Relay customer feedback to senior staff and provide input on new menu items.
