Barista

Responsibilities

• Adhere and implement all standardized procedures, rules and regulations systematically to be in line with company standards and policies.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer services.
• Assist Manager in implementing all standardized procedures, rules and regulations systematically to be in line with company standards and policies.
• Assist in replenishment of stocks.
• Assist in the preparation, display and delivery of food and drink.
• Ensure prompt and friendly customer services.
• Follow strict personal safety, food safety and food storage guidelines.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness to meet regulatory sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Able to respond to customer feedback and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Production of high quality hand crafted beverages and serve a variety of pastries.
• Clean coffee machine and work area.
• Perform ad hoc tasks / duties as assigned by management.
• Preferred candidate has experience in Barista as well as in F&B.
• Position available for Full Time. Part time candidate is welcome to apply.
