Warehouse Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage outbound activities.
• Conduct investigation for any shipment / delivery discrepancies to customer.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
• Monitor and control transporters arrangements on trucks planning and window time (frequent follow up).
• Manage outbound OT needs and staff performance.
• Plan and closely follow up with transporter to achieve delivery KPI
• Prepare and present to HOD on department KPI.(With Power point slide).
• Managing outbound related reports and data entry.
• Assist with inbound unloading & planning activities where required.
