Job Summary : -

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Planning and Procurement Manager

to lead and optimize our supply chain planning, procurement operations, and inventory management. This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities to ensure seamless collaboration across internal departments and external partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Job Responsibilities : -

• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain planning and procurement activities to support operational and production needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Production teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and supply plans.
• Identify, qualify, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock and reduce excess / obsolete materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of planners and buyers to achieve departmental KPIs and business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing practices, and relevant regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and supply chain processes.
