Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To create sales order for aeronautical charges (landing, parking, aerobridge, check-in counter, passenger service charge and passenger security service charge).

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Issuance of Credit / Debit Note as and when necessary.
• To provide assistance to Officer in handling aeronautical charges disputes raised by airlines.
• To submit Sales Order Monthly Report.
• IMS and 5S executor.
• To ensure and maintain close relationship with airlines / ground-handlers.
• To ensure tasks given by Head is completed timely and neatly.
• To perform other tasks as per directed as and when required.

Ensure data are correct and datelines are met.
