Shipping Operation Assistant

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in coordinating vessel schedules, cargo loading / unloading, and port activities.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Delivery Orders, Manifests, Customs forms).
  • Liaise with customers, shipping agents, hauliers, and port authorities on shipment status.
  • Monitor container / equipment control and update operational systems.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to the Operations team.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Shipping, Logistics, or related field (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation and port procedures preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with shipping systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and flexible with working hours.
