Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administration Clerk to join our dynamic team at Ayam Legenda Sdn Bhd' in Klang, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry
  • Maintain and update databases and records
  • Provide support to the management team as required
  • Any other administrative tasks as needed to support the team

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word & Excel)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
