Logistics Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Manage physical inventory with safe, timely, and accurate coordination of loading and system processes with logistics providers.
• Oversee daily FG warehouse and inventory operations.
• Monitor and plan inbound shipments from suppliers / production sites; coordinate container arrivals and inbound schedules.
• Plan and coordinate outbound shipments to customers, ensuring timely delivery and optimal container / truck utilization.
• Monitor logistics providers’ daily performance and resolve service quality issues.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all documents (delivery notes, customs, shipping records).
• Manage import / export customs declarations and coordinate with related parties to ensure compliance, timely clearance, and proper documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in transportation and operations for efficiency and cost savings.
